Product Appreciation Period
Except for perishable goods, items with shorter shelf lives (which are about to expire upon return/cancellation), customized products, current newspapers, periodicals or magazines, unsealed audiovisual products or computer software, game point cards, other point cards, and opened personal hygiene products, which are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period according to the "Reasonable Exceptions for Withdrawal in Distance Selling Regulations," you have a 7-day appreciation period starting from the moment the product arrives (7 days including holidays).
If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide the following information:
"Name," "Order Number," "Contact Number," "Product Name for Return," "Reason for Return," and "Photos."

Return Policy

If this store has informed you, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer box); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Products returned after the 7-day appreciation period.
- Products that have been opened and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as: dirt, defects, damage, wear, scratches, or stains.
- Returned items with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories.
- Malicious or bulk returns.
Return Process

- Confirm eligibility for return.
- Prepare the complete product and invoice.
- Provide recipient time and contact information, including address.
- The logistics assigned by the store will collect the item.
Refund Explanation
- For credit card payments: After confirming the return is successful, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card account.
- For cash on delivery: After confirming the return is successful, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
Exchange Policy

Exchange Process
If you and the store agree to process an exchange, please handle the return on the original order and place a new order with the store. The company will only issue an invoice for any price difference and charge or refund that amount if applicable; if there is no price difference, no further action is required.
