[Delivery orders from related merchants]
Delivery time may vary depending on warehouse manpower reduction and courier company policy changes.

[Order delivery time]
- The inventory displayed on the website is for customers to place orders. The actual inventory quantity needs to be checked with the store staff.
- For each order, HK$80 of delivery fee would be included. However, you could enjoy free delivery when the order fulfills the amount of HK$500.
- Customers could modify your default shipping address in the "Shipping Address" section. Be reminded that each order placed in our website could only deliver to ONE address. If you wish to deliver multiple addresses, please place the orders separately.
- If the order contains in-stock and pre-ordered items, all items would be delivered together when they are ready to deliver.
- For some pre-order items, the delivery time is approximately 7 to 14 days after payment.
- After receiving your order, we will confirm and process it as soon as possible, and pack and send it within 3-5 working days.
- If you have any special requirements on the delivery time/date, please note your request in the "Delivery Remarks". Should you have further doubts, please contact our customer service through WhatsApp (Tel: (852) 5546 9938)
- Under normal circumstances, you will receive your ordered package within 3-7 working days after order confirmation.
- The delivery date may be changed or delayed due to shipping conditions and weather.
- In the event of black rainstorm warning/typhoon signal No. 8 or above, delivery service will be suspended and other arrangements will be made.
- Working days excludes Sundays and public holidays.
- If the recipient's address is remarked as "no lift", "located on a floor not accessible by lifts" or "requires stairs before reaching the lift lobby", customers must indicate this in the "Delivery Remarks" when placing an order.

- All products delivered by our merchants include delivery fees (but do not include remote areas such as outlying islands, restricted areas and overseas)
- Additional charges will apply in remote areas and customers will be notified at that time.
